Central Arkansas Rocketry (CAR) welcomes anyone interested in rocketry and related science, including spectators and groups.
Guests are welcome to participate in three launches before paid membership is required. Memberships are for one calendar year (January 1st to December 31st).
Paid membership in Central Arkansas Rocketry enables us to provide a safe environment for rocketry activities, improve and expand our launch equipment and launch sites in Central Arkansas. In addition, paid membership also enables us to expand programs promoting the enjoyment of model and high power rocketry, encouraging youth and adult interest in both the physical sciences and engineering.
We believe that increasing awareness of our hobby among the general public benefits both CAR and the community at large.
CAR currently offers the following membership options:
- Senior Individual – $25
This option is for persons 18 years of age and above. - Junior Individual – $15
This option is for persons under 18. - Family – $30
This option is for two or more direct family members, one of which must be at least 18 years old.
