We had a great launch this weekend, even with the heat. Glad to have Tim, Dale, Caleb, and Mateo visit and launch with us, their family, and some other observers, etc. We were also pleased to welcome professional photographer Colin Murphey from the Arkansas Democrat Gazette, who managed to capture a few awesome shots that can be seen on their website.
If our flight cards are to be believed, we had 21 flights with just a hair under 170 Newtons of total thrust on motors ranging from A3-4T to E16-4w. Unfortunately, the heat caught up to us, and we had to quit the field. Hopefully the temps will come down a little (or a LOT) in time for our August launch, when we get to try again!
Also, Congratulations to Caleb, who launched his first rocket and was the was the winner in our drawing for a new Firestreak SST!
