Want to Join CAR?
Central Arkansas Rocketry (CAR) welcomes all persons interested in rocketry and/or related subjects and sciences, including spectators and groups.
Membership in Central Arkansas Rocketry enables us to continue providing a safe environment for rocketry activities, improving and expanding launch equipment and launch sites in Central Arkansas.
In addition, it enables us to initiate and expand public communication and outreach programs promoting the safe enjoyment of model and high power rocketry, encouraging interest by youth in science and engineering and increasing awareness of the hobby among the general public that benefits both CAR and the community.
Guests may participate in two launches before paid membership is required.
CAR currently offers the following membership options:
- Senior Individual
This option is for persons 18 years of age and above. The membership fee for this option is $25.00 per calendar year (January 1st to December 31st). - Junior Individual
This option is for persons under 18. The membership fee for this option is $15.00 and membership is for the calendar year (January 1st to December 31st) - Family
This option is for two or more direct family members, one of which must be at least 18 years old. The membership fee for this option is $30.00 per calendar year (January 1st to December 31st).
If interested in joining CAR, please complete and submit a Membership Form and then pay your membership dues at the next launch. (Application will not be fully processed until appropriate payment has been made.)
